By submitting a booking request with Toler & Co., the client acknowledges that all appointments are subject to availability and that services will be performed in accordance with Texas law and the policies outlined in our Terms of Service, Service Agreement, and Liability Notice. 

Fees are due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged, and once travel or document processing begins, they are non‑refundable. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complete documents, correct addresses, and any special handling instructions necessary for notary, apostille, or courier services. By booking, the client agrees that Toler & Co. may contact them using the information provided to confirm details, request additional documentation, or coordinate delivery. Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of all applicable policies and service limitations.
